I first met Lewis and Rachel at a wedding fayre back in 2017 and was delighted when they wanted to meet for a coffee. It was quickly clear that they were wonderful individuals that became even better as a couple, and their wedding was a pure celebration of their love for one another. I felt an instant connection to them, even more so when I discovered Rachel's obsession with disney matched mine!
A few weeks before the wedding we headed to Southerndown Beach for a pre wedding shoot, which you can see here. I love getting to know my couples better and this gives the perfect opportunity to learn more about them.
By the time their wedding came, I was so excited to see them get married and knew it would be a very special day. Bridal preparations went smoothly and we arrived at the stunning village church, which held special sentimental value to the couple. We then all headed back to the incredible Canada Lodge and Lake for a heartfelt reception with their closest family and friends. It was clear everyone was thoroughly enjoying themselves and were truly happy for the newly married couple.
The fantastic venue had so many beautiful backdrops for photos, it was great to spend some time making use of them. Rachel really did look like a princess, so wonderfully elegant, while Lewis didn't stop beaming at his beautiful bride all day.
The most beautifully natural couple, they were a total pleasure to photograph and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!
