BOOKING To book your session, a non-refundable payment of £75 is required along with a signed copy of the contract. This will include a password protected viewing gallery with 3 download credits.

PAYMENT Payment must be made at the time of booking.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

TIME SLOTS You may choose your timeslot on booking.  Please ensure you are at the agreed location at this particular time as I will not have the capacity to over run into another person’s time slot. If you are late and arrive before the next slot then the session may continue at a reduced length. If you do not turn up during your time slot then you will forfeit your session. No refunds or partial-refunds will be given. 

LOCATION  The location chosen by Laura Grace Photography is final, no alternatives will be considered. The exact location will be as agreed - Pontypool park or Oakdale flower gardens.  If you would like to choose an alternative location then a full family session should be booked instead of a mini session. 

SUBJECTS  The sessions are designed for families, children, couples or personal branding shots. Laura Grace Photography is happy to take multiple combinations of groups, subject to current government legislation as well as there being adequate time.  Laura cannot be responsible for the lack of cooperation of any of the subjects.

BLOSSOM While every effort will be made to coincide with the blossom blooming, this cannot be guaranteed.  

PRIVACY  It is presumed you are happy for Laura Grace Photography to share your images on social media unless you specifically request otherwise. 

DIGITAL PACKAGE You will receive your password protected gallery of images via email, which will remain active for 7 days before expiring. During this time please ensure you have downloaded your favourite 3 images in your gallery.  If you wish to purchase additional images, you may do this within the 7 days at £20 each up to a maximum of £100 for the full set.  Screenshots are absolutely forbidden and any evidence of this will result in the full gallery upgrade fee being payable (£100).

EDITED IMAGES  The link to your password protected gallery will be emailed to you within 3 weeks of your session. Images will be edited in accordance with Laura Grace Photography’s usual style. If further edits are required, these will be chargeable and priced on an individual basis. Clients must not re-edit their images. 

USB  A USB is not included but can be purchased for an additional £10. 

COPYRIGHT  Laura Grace Photography will retain the copyright to all images. Clients will receive print and reproduction rights to all images they purchase. 

CANCELLATION Please let Laura Grace Photography know if you are unable to attend the session as soon as possible. The session may be postponed at Laura Grace Photography’s discretion, subject to sufficient notice being given. In the event of Laura Grace Photography not being able to attend the session, it will be postponed until the next mutually convenient weekend. No refunds will be given. 

WEATHER  In the event of light rain/drizzle, the shoot will go ahead (please bring wellies and umbrellas). If heavy rain is forecast then a decision will be made to reschedule to the following week. You will receive confirmation of any potential postponement the day before your shoot.
